I had this severe pimples suddenly and then now its a lot better, but the thing is, i have holes on my cheeks and its so obvious. I wanna get rid of it and i wish there's a way.

Anyone know if there's any ointment to repair it?

Vaseline. Just take a little, rub it in well at night, then wash your face in the morning, should really help the healing and reduce the redness; it's also cheap and time-tested!

i dont really like using petroleum jelly, it's too glossy. best thing you can do is keep the pore clean so it won't get infected and use pore refining toners and moisturizers i think.

Or is it more like you popped a pimple and now you have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and it's drying out/peeling so it looks like a "hole"?

Or are you talking about your pores? If you are, you can't reduce pore size. It's noticable because there's sebum/oil, dead skin, etc. in there and so all you can really do is keep it clean.
