Ways To Sleep Easier

i listen to music while i sleep but that doesn't help much lol
my mum told me to eat this asian lettuce where its hairy
and tastes disgusting, overall i had i good sleep that day
another is to drink honey with milk before you go to sleep
thats unusual
how about you?

that happened to me last night
i slept at 8:30 coz i didn't want to continue studying xD
coz y'know, studying is boring. it instantly puts you off to sleep

red meat, dairy products, nuts, seeds, bananas, soybeans and soy products, tuna, shellfish, and turkey.
They all contain tryptophan, which is an amino acid that reduces blood flow to the CNS system. Which allows you to sleep a little easier

I don't drink much at all, and so on nights I really need to get to sleep fast, I take a shot of vodka or whiskey. I personally hate alcohol very much, but it helps me sleep so pinch my nose and swallow.

sometime i listen to the radio, and since i'm already tired, i just doze off, but it wakes me up later and i have to turn it off
i kinda just.. sleep. you have to just try to sleep.
i also like to think about things i like, though that gets me a little less tired. lol eventually i fall asleep.
