I don't know anymore! GOSH. So it was actually 5-6 years ago when I went out with this guy who was a year younger than me....at times things were steady and at others it was a bumpy road for us!
uh anyways we were quite close and spent most of the days in and out of school together, we went out for months and we never actually broke up...His family moved and on that last day...He (this is the part where I Am the STUPIDEST PERSON ALIVE) he was knocking on my window...he even called out my name...I knew it was him and I didn't want to lose him....So I never opened and I started to cry----A lot... That night his family left and I just waited until he came back....Few years later My family moved and I never had the thought of meeting him again....I even regretted going out with him because of how much pain it caused....I tried to avoid the thoughts of him and so it worked for a while....I then started to fall for others who I knew wouldn't last a long while----(not dating just having secret crushes) Now I do have someone in mind his name is ooshi and it hurts a lot----because recently my parents has just bought a store and one day not too long ago probably just this weekend, my old lover's twin brother came by....I was so surprised! I've never imagine to see my old lover's brother....that means that their family actually does some shopping there....Any ways I was so shocked when my sister told me about who just walked in. I got a glimpse of how his brother looked like and so i was super duper shock....His brother told my younger brother about how his twin brother(my old lover) had a GF. My heart hurted....and I felt like crying....It hurted so much...but it was my fault..... I didn;t even care to think about ooshi at the moment.....So how do I forget him now that its been 5-6 years? What should I say if he actually visits the store the next time they shop? What happens if he looks effin AMAZING? What should I do...Who will I run to?

Well when you see your previous lover, smile and say hi, and catch up. Since he has a girlfriend now, you should move on too.

You should move on.
He has a girlfriend now, so there's not much you can do,
unless you want to break up a happy home, which isn't a really good thing, haha.
If you do see him though, and he does appear to be 'amazing' or better looking than when you had him,
maybe you can do the same for yourself - make yourself look good too,
and make yourself feel good about yourself.
You could also say Hi when he comes and when you see him.
It's not really nice if you just avoid him. : )
