Eating primarily meat is terrible for your body... and the pills are only supplements, they can never really replace all the nutrients you miss. They can help, but they won't really satisfy your body.
Plus meat is terrible for the environment, and terrible in regards to world hunger. One pound of USDA grade A beef costs 16 or 17 pounds of wheat. Not good in my book =/
Plus, what's wrong with veggies? Kimchi is delicious!

I eat mainly meat for the majority of my daily food intake combined with equal if not
double the amount of carbs. I have vegetables in 3/6 of my meals. I also take a multivitamin on top of that.
If you don't take eat the vegetables and only take a multivitamin you're missing out on all the
good fibers, water, and other benefits that are unaccounted for in the vitamins. You don't need to
eat seafoods but you vegetables are absolutely necessary. Another thing is that when you eat only
carbs/meat your blood becomes very acidic. The vegetables are alkaline and you need them to create
a good PH balance. If you have an acidic balance like i've had before it weakens your bones/joints and probably
organs aswell.

I definitely don't eat enough veggies regularly...
But I've been making green smoothies. They taste pretty good (depends on what you put in it) and they're easy to make too.
The simplest recipe I can give you is half a romaine lettuce, 3 bananas, and 2 cups of water.
