Skinny Legs, Not Bulky Ones. I want skinny legs, not bulky muscular ones, help? ㅠㅠ

So, I was wondering if anyone knew the "8 minute legs" workout?..
The same guy who does the 8minute abs/stretch/arms and buns..
If I did the 8minute legs everyday?... Will it make my THIGHS skinnier?.. Or BULKIER? ):
Same thing with the 8minute arms.. Will that make my arms muscular? or thinner?

How do I get skinnier thighs? and arms?....
I read that girls are getting bulky legs.. when they run!?..
So what do I need to do in order ot get skinny legs (especially my thighs) and arms!! ㅠㅠ

i think you can get skinny legs if you lose weight overall.
but it can also be genetics, some of us are born with bulky calves/legs.

you can try yoga. it helped me a bit. you stretch more...
personally i think doing a lot of gym workouts will bulk up more because it'll build up muscles.

uh...and the 8 minute workout i haven't heard of. :x
