Ok, so prior to getting my computer reformatted by my bro a zillion times,
the program was working completely fine....
my mp3 player (a Creative Zen Vision W) was connecting to the computer, and i was able to transfer music and all that
but ever since my comp got reformatted (for a reason i can't remember), it stopped working
when i plug in the zen, the comp recognizes it as a "new hardware" even though i've already installed the program on my computer
and then the New Hardware "Wizard" pops up..telling me to put in the installation cd
but when i do, it says that the hardware could not be installed because the wizard couldn't find the necessary hardware
also, when i click on the program that transfers the music, the media explorer,
i get a message that says "your player is not connected"
i've tried re-installing the program many times, but it does nothing
i then went to the creative website to research my problem
and it said that i should install windows media 11, but when i do, it says that it only operates on service pack 2
when i do so, the comp gets an error and won't start up anymore...causing my bro to reformat it (again and again)
so now..i have no idea what to do because i've never encountered this problem before
i don't think it has anything to do with the PROGRAM or the PLAYER, because it worked fine on my brother's computer...i installed the program on my bro's comp and music transferred easily... but my bro doesn't live with me anymore...so there's no comp that will transfer the music -.-
please help!! ^^
