What Do You Do When You're In A Bad Mood?

Is it just me? Or is there anyone out there who has a tendancy to do something when they're upset or down?

if i have other things on my priority list i would do them first
such as homework and study...
hehe sometimes i would clean as well just to keep myself occupied :]

the next time you're angry/upset, go workout.
my friend did that and so I tried it, and works pretty well xD
well I also listen to some happy songs

And then I try to occupy myself with activities that require thoughts to get my mind off of whatever made me angry.

walk for hours till i get lost
amp up the headphones on Hardcore (music)
work out.. [rofl]
or try to figure things out so i can calm down.
_ punching the grass is fun though. ..then again. it's probably because once i punched it when it recently rained.. so it made squishy mud sounds. made me Lol at the time. xDD
..i hardly vent on people. with the exception of mmorpgs. where i can mob some 20+ monsters and put them at the entrance/portal of the map. that, along with other things, satisfies my schadenfreude.

Then, I usually wake up and tell one of my friends about it, with a "Did you know..."

I rant/vent to my close friends, if they're available. If not...
I listen to angry music. A minute or so into the song, my anger fades.
Its pretty weird, haha. But it helps, its kind of like my therapy.
