I tend to eat late at night because I sleep late. I always eat the worst foods such as ramen, chips, leftovers, and all that other crap and even though I know it's bad, I just can't help it. What kind of foods are good to eat during the night time that would satisfy your hunger AND your tastebuds? I know some people will say fruits but I'm looking for something that would actually make me full.

I never thought midnight snacks are too healthy....

I like fruits as snacks. Haha.
If not, then.. those instant seaweed.
An egg is ok too, every once in awhile.
Haha. I don't know. Something with less fat and calories.

I wouldn't consider PB&J, grilled cheese, and butter-free popcorn as a healthy midnight snack :x

Yea, such a healthy person..

If you really want to be healthy, don't eat after around 8PM. Your metabolism slows and your body doesn't digest food as well after then, so it just stores the caloric intake as fat.

If you really have to eat at that time and aren't willing to train yourself out of it, then foods low in sugar, fat, cholesterol, carbohydrates, and complex proteins are good... so essentially vegetables. And some fruits are ok, a slice of wheat bread with a piece of fruit is alright...

Ideally you'll just train yourself out of it. It disrupts sleep as well which is bad for you too!

Well, you shouldn't eat foods that will make you full at night. You'll easily gain weight that way. So it's not "healthy". That said, vegetables and fruits are the way to go.

Apples.
High in fiber which will make you feel full and they're very delicious<3

But I just heard from health & fitness section that eating or drinking anything (water included) before bed will make your face swollen in the morning. ph34r.gif So you best refrain yourself from mid-night snacks. Frickin' hard i know but yeah...
