Does 100% juice equal a serving of fruit? I heard somewhere that it does but can anyone verify it?

Well if it's just juice, you're not getting much fiber from it at all.
Are you trying to be lazy with eating fruits or something?

I guess so. But eating fruit is always better. It contains more fiber (like the person above said) and has way less sugar than juices. Juices have almost as much as sugar as sodas... ):

NO. Don't believe the bottle... it's not the same. The juice tends to have preservatives in it, more sugar, less fiber, and most importantly, your body absorbs the nutrients differently. It breaks down solid foods far better, digests them more thoroughly, and properly absorbs the nutrients. Juices tend to pass through digestive system faster, because they are liquid and don't have to be decomposed to pass through. That means less nutrient absorption, and your metabolism doesn't get helped out by the active breaking down of food.
