so i yelled at my boyfriend last night. i felt like he didnt consider my feelings so i yelled at him. then i realize i didnt even consider his feelings at all either when i yelled. this is the 2nd time ive raised my voice at him. the first time i had very good reasons so i guess the yelling wasnt an issue. this time, i didnt have TOO good of a reason to yell. i know he will get over it and forgive me because im sure the relationship is worth more and he wouldnt end it over that. but still, i dont want this to be a habit. so what can i do to still tell my boyfriend how i feel but not raise my voice at him?
funny responses are welcomed. i need a laugh right now. :/

That depends how you went about "talking" about your feelings before, and why you couldn't seem to explain it calmly.
