but how about translating the whole webpage using google translate? :/
just copy the link in Google translate and ask it to translate it from korean to english...

I know it's late translating it now and I'm not sure if you still need it but here..
1.5 tablespoons of hot pepper paste, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 4 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of garlic, handful of minced onions, laurels, pour 1 cup of water and start boiling it.
