Asian Pickled/fermented Foods?!

Haha, somehow I seem to love Chinese or Asian pickled foods. Especially those brown spicy pickled daikons? And those Japanese yellow daikon. I also love fuyu.

I wanted to ask if anyone knows if there is any chinese pickled cucumber that tastes like is pickled in soysauce or anything? I don't want anything sweet or sour thanks smile.gif I think I remember eating some when I was little but I forget.

And just wondering what does natto taste like? I saw some in frozen packages how do you eat it?
