Okay, go everytime I go outside for a run or a walk, I always get this really badddd itching thing on both of my thighs.
I couldn't focus on my run because it's was itchy realllyyyy bad, you know?
Even during the summer in the hot weather, it happens too.
Then when I come home, I look at my thigh and it was PINK!
It felt like frost bite.
It's weird!
ITCHY!
HELP?!
Is because I'm allergic?!
Or...something???

does that happen after you exercises?
because i get that during cold weather, its because ur blood circulation or something is cold and stiff, and when you start moving it, yea it just start to itch. because the body starts wo warm up.
just dont scratch it, thats why its..umm...pink...
it will go away,
i suggest you walk more, and go slow...
if it happenes during summer, maybe u dont exercise much?

It sounds like it's probably either from the material of the pants you're wearing,
sweat, or perhaps the cold. It's probably not the cold though to be honest lol.

i get this on my hands when i am exposed to cold temperatures, and then suddenly warm up.
like being out in the cold and then coming in and putting my hands under the hot tap to warm them up.
i think it is just the reaction of the blood. nothing to worry too much about.

its mostly from the cold and the material your pants are made out of. I used to get those when i go out jogging with my PE clothes on at school. You just gotta wait it out after your exercise and it'll stop itching after a while.

I get itchy in summer too, but not in winter. I think it's the heat that make u itch coz your blood boil's inside.
and when your feeling really really hot, make sure not to jump on a cold pool.. or it becomes worse.
your whole body, from head to toe will start to itch like crazy. warm shower would be fine!

That used to happen to me to.
Either its the pants/shorts your wearing, the weather you run in, or that your legs aren't fit yet.
What happened to me was that I wasn't fit enough, so I started running more and more, now it's stopped.
Only happens in the cold now.

I heard if places on your body get irritated and itchy it means that you're burning fat o-o Either that or your skin is just irritated probably from your clothing fabric or the weather.
