It says that the good points are they're low in cholesterol and sugar plus they're baked. I suggest eating a fruit after you have some of these.

why out of all things goldfish? well it is better than the alternative, but its not something to eat as a staple

it's not good for you but it wouldn't kill a good diet if you don't eat too much.

To say it simply... NO.
They really aren't good for you at all. As a small snack it's ok, your body needs some fats and such of that kind, but watch the quantity. Lots of better snacks out there!
