I'd suggest some fakes one to replace...iono how braces would fix your missing teeth.

Wrong. Straightens and brings your teeth together, hence the long process.

do you mean that your two front teeth fell out or two teeth somewhere in the front fell out?? (like on the side)

cos if it's literally your two front teeth, I rec getting false teeth (cos if you get braces to bring all your teeth closer together, erm, it might look kinda weird since the other teeth may be noticeably too small to replace the front teeth w/out looking off)

and if it's just a gap on the side, either braces or fake teeth would work.

^it doesn't, the actual surgery, since they inject anesthesia into your gums. you just feel a lot of pressure and hear the crack of your teeth as they get pulled out. they also made me REALLY groggy and pretty much unsensible.

afterwards, they give you plenty of painkillers so it's basically like a tooth ache...and you bleed a TONNE

^ I must admit, it was a pretty disgusting experience to go through. and they don't let you keep your teeth anymore cos of biohazards or smth.

braces can be expensive. Mine was atou $4,500 but good thing for installments. false teeth is always an option and a fast option.

yeah, I used to have a gap between my 2 front teeth, and once I've gotten braces, it closed up.
the girl said she lost her front teeth, and if she got braces to close up that huge ass gap, wouldn't it look weird? dry.gif

Haha, I know this guy who is missing a front tooth, and he got retainers that had a similar looking tooth attached to it, so that when he put it on, he has a full set of teeth.

Wait, so you want braces to close up the gap that once had a tooth? Wouldn't your other teeth become crooked and V shaped? *is currently imagining it*

Anyway, you should either get a denture, veneer or this new surgery where they basically put a platinum screw into your jaw to resemble a tooth root. Then, you can screw the tooth/veneer ontop of that platinum root. I recommend this procedure because apparently, if you do not have a tooth root in your jaw, the bone at that location will recede and eventually form a dent. I saw this on a Vancouver Chinese talk show when they invited two dentists/orthodontists to the show. Dentures and veneers DO NOT prevent the bone receding, but the new surgery will because the bone GROWS with the platinum (weird eh? Apparently platinum is the only metal that works too). I don't know the name of this procedure in English, but check it out with your dentist.

I personally have a tooth missing in the back and I currently have a denture for it since I can't do anything with my jaw due to my young age. I plan on getting the new procedure though. The show said that the surgery for only one tooth is probably $2000-3000. It's about the same price as cheaper than braces so I highly recommend you this surgery. I doubt braces will work in closing such a big gap too; even if braces do work, it'll take a really long time to close such a big gap and will be very painful. Good luck!

Get a fake tooth to fill in that gap.
