well! you should try to have a balanced diet, and eat everything in smaller portions
i find that eating slower makes me feel fuller faster.

anyway! to burn fat, cardio is the way to go

i got this from yahoo:

Pick any cardio you like (running, swimming, the elliptical trainer). Warm up for 2 minutes at a moderate pace, then sprint for 30 seconds at the highest intensity you can muster. Slow down and do 90 seconds at a catch-your-breath recovery pace. Repeat eight times. You'll torch more calories in less time, while you burn fat faster. Follow this cardio session with a few of the following fast firmers for a total-body workout in less than 30 minutes.

Tighten your tummy: Do two sets of 10 to 12 crunches on a stability ball. Research from the University of Auckland, Tamaki Campus, in New Zealand, revealed that using the ball makes crunches 20 percent more effective compared to hitting the floor.

Boost your bottom: Stand with feet hip-width apart, hands on waist. Shift weight to left foot and lift heel of right foot so you're resting on toes. Bend left knee and sink hips back, keeping weight off right foot (toes stay on ground). Rise up. Do 12 reps on left leg, then switch legs and repeat.

Slim all over: Stand with feet hip-width apart. Keeping legs as straight as possible, bend forward and walk hands out until they're under shoulders. Do two push-ups, then walk hands back and stand. Repeat twice, doing four push-ups, then six.

we can see the sunrise before us.

Be conscious of what you eat. Cut calories (the normal intake of calories is 2000, daily.) I try to eat 1200 a day, which i can do, only by going to the gym everyday after classes. It's winter break now, so...yeah.COUNT your calories,if you can. And drink plenty of water. I know it's very tempting to eat after you come back from the gym,but don't!!!!! If you're REALLY hungry, go for snacks to hold you off till your next meal.

And,you should try and go out at least once a day to walk around or run, if you have a park near you.
The gym prices are pretty pricey if you're not in college, where it's included in your bill, so unless you want to spend 70-200 dollars a month(Who the hell can, anyways? Only greedy, BAD people can), just go jogging once a day or walking. DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD!!! Eat lots of vegetables and less carbs, but don't cut them completely out of your diet because you need them...For something. I forget what, but you DO need carbs, just not a plate of pasta worth of it.

What else? Uh, don't try any of those remedies that they have online 'cause they're all ripoffs. I wouldn't advise eating salads every meal, everyday because you need something in you besides greens. And remember to be conscious of the dressing. Try going for vinegar and oil and stay away from Ranch and all those other creamy dressings. Oh, don't eat steak, or at least, not that much of it. Try to stick with lean meats such as fish or chicken. DON'T eat fast food!!!!!!! If you're in college,i know how tempting it is. But try cooking something yourself with olive oil (stay AWAY from butter if you can!)Do NOT eat anything fried (mainly fast food.)

Don't eat too late (8-11), which means you should be having dinner at like 5-6 PM so your stomach has time to digest before you go to bed. And like the person above me said, eat slower, don't rush your way through the food. There's a reason why people over in Europe and Asia aren't as susceptible to obesity: they eat SLOWLY and they actually talk over food. So try and eat with friends, enjoy their company, and you WILL feel fuller, faster.

When you're hungry,go for a fruit and a bottle of water.

So,yes, basically:
1. Cut calories and count them
2. Go to the gym
3. DON'T EAT AFTER YOU GO TO THE GYM!!!!!
3. Don't eat fast food
4. DRINK LOTS OF WATER
5. Eat with friends, eat slowly
6. Eat at a time when you know the content in your stomach will not be undigested by the time you go to bed
7. Eat snacks when you feel hungry between classes- they're good for you and they're yummy
8. Try not to sit around for more than two hours, even if you're studying- just walk around the floor once or use the bathroom.
9. Eat lean meat
10. NO JUNK FOOD!!!

Remember, it doesn't mean you have to stay away from the bad food forever, but keep the intake at a low amount.

Good luck!!!

losing weight really fast only leads to saggy skin and you'll probably be malnourished, since you said your lazy and all

exercise and eating healthy is the way to go..

back in the day i tried a bunch of fad diets. with all of them, i gained back all the weight, and then some. losing weight really fast and gaining it back just as fast as soon as you go back to your regular eating ways wreaks havoc on your metabolism, and more importantly, your heart. in most cases, special diets for "quick and easy weight loss" might promote some fat loss -- but a rather significant portion of the weight you lose is also fecal weight, water weight, and muscle weight. most of these diets also leave you with a severe deficiency in several nutrients that are important to normal body function. herbal teas will do little if anything. green tea boosts metabolism but it's probably not a very significant amount. "slimming teas" aka "laxative teas" (containing senna) will just cause you to lose weight fast by forcing you to poop, and does more harm than good.

like others have said, if you want to lose weight and keep it off, you have to exercise. one pound is 3500 calories. you'll have lost one pound of weight after you burn 3500 more calories than you expend.

there's really no easy way around it. >< i wanted to lose weight desperately, didn't listen to anyone's warnings, and ended up heavier than i was before i'd started. the only way i lost all that weight, and kept it off permanently, was through good old cardio. ^^ even if you feel lazy in the beginning, exercise helps relieve stress, is good for the heart, good for circulation, reduces cancer risk, will more likely give you a toned body instead of a saggy one, blah blah blah. all positives.

you have to suck it up and face the consequences of your actions. there's no "easy way out". just go out and exercise and watch what you eat. it's going to be hard, obviously, but it's something you're going to have to do if you want to lose the weight.

sorry if i sound harsh, but i hate it when people expect to lose weight miraculously "soooo fast" after they ate a ton of food. i used to be fat, and it's taken a LONGG time for me to lose all of it and get in shape. it's going to suck, but just do it.

A fat-burner is moreso known as a thermogenic compound. Contrary to popular belief, they can induce weight loss without any change in diet or exercise. Some weight gain is bound to happen when you get off thermogens, but not much. Usually, these thermogens are off-label use, meaning they are not intended for weight loss, but do cause weight loss. If you do decide on the thermogen route, make sure you know full well how to use them. There's a lot of them out there that bodybuilders use and legal. Just need to look around.

If you're that lazy, there is no way to lose weight.
Exercise and eating right is the only way you're going to lose some pounds without gaining them all back fast.
Herbs and pills do nothing for you if you're just going to eat like you usually do, and sit around like you usually do.

Please listen to what people are telling you about the whole "no exercise thing".

You gain a lot of weight back & it will taunt you.

If you really hate exercising, change your lifestyle. Walk home from school or take the bus more often, do a lot of heavy house chores, when hanging out with friends, go the park to chat and walk around there, go to the mall, get a job that involves a lot of moving around. If you make excuses to move around, it doesn't feel like working out.

Eat more at home and save money. Honestly, just think of a way to keep your life productive with minimal spending cost to it, and that is basically the best fat-burner you'll have.

Just don't sit and whine about it (which is hard). Know that if you want to lose weight, it is as easy as healthy eating and lifestyle.

If it was going to be easy, we wouldn't have obesity problems.

Anyone that asks to loose weight fast is destined to fail. Its best to do things over a long period of time to make the benefits last longer. Plus the healthy amount of weight to lose per week should be about 1-2 lbs at most

Being lazy shouldn't be an excuse, it is advised to exercise fr 30 mins each day so just walking around the block would be fine or use stairs instead of elevators. I use to hate exercising well moving at all but I realised sitting on my ass and stuffing myself wasn't gonna do me any good.

Food wise take a step at a time for example if you like drinking milk tea switch to green tea. If you like fizzy drinks switch to water or fruit juices. Swap sweet snacks for fruit.

However do not restrict your calories 1200 should be an absolute minimum as that is generally what your body needs just to work. 1500 cals worth of bad food such as chocolate, crisps etc... is completely diff to 1500 cals of fruit, veg, good carbs, good fats and protein.

Plus it will take your body time to adjust to these changes but over time it will get use to it and I also recommend that if you do cut out bad or your fave bad foods completely it could lead to bingeing and therefore I suggest cut it out over a period of time and it is ok to have a treat day once a week

Hope it all makes sense

lol...chill...
losing fat takes a while.
dont expect to lose like 10 lbs in like 2 weeks. cuz it aint happening.

1st. diet is like the most important part of losing weight, and excersize is the helping part of losing weight.

but, i mean, if ur REALLY motivated to losing weight,
u'll run...dont be lazy either.
if u wanna burn that fat off and be pretty,
RUN! cardio is the ultimate way..
i mean run until u cant run anymore and time that
and do that everytime then increase it..
30 minutes a day, isnt going to kill your schedule.
it'll get u looking fit and healthier, u'll regret not doing it...

and u said ur lazy to join a sport right?
i mean, sports are FUUN.
and wat are u doing instead of sports? studying?games? TV?
sports, are fun, and u make a whole lot of friends, and can give u a LOT of confidence..
AND helps with your fitness..
