So I had no idea how to phrase the title but basically I know this person and they cannot keep a secret to save their life. It's not really a secret, but they just blurt things out like they need to satisfy everyone or something.

For example, I was joking around with my friends and I asked them if they could figure out how you played the game. So this person thinks that they know and tells me. I confirm with them that yes, that's how you play and not to tell everyone so that everyone else can guess or just stumped and go home and sit on it haha. However, they just tell them like they have this urge to not disappoint and not fall off this imaginary pedestal they think they're on.

So yes, a blabbermouth, the word just came into mind haha.

It's annoying and yes, I've confronted her about it more than once, but I've decided to just stay away from telling her anything anymore haha. It's just annoying and there's been more than one instance.

Anywho... I'm just opening this up for discussion because it's been on my mind. Know anyone who's like that?

when it's a BIG secret, i don't say a word. i am actually quite good at pretending i kno nothing at all.

but when it comes to little things that dont seem like it'd matter much if people knew, then i just cant hold it in sometimes. cause i guess truthfully, i am tryin to satisfy them in a way...? iunno haha

I used to know some people like that.. moreso in elementary school than high school lol.
I just never told them anything that I wouldn't want told to everyone else.
I was still friends with them, but I knew they couldn't hold it in even if they told me "I SWEAR! I would never ever tell"

I've known tons of people like that, it's rather annoying.
However, you can always use it to your advantage lol. Pretend like you
don't want them to say something, and they'll blurt it out.
You can imagine all the great uses for that >=].

I know of really evil manipulative people who forces things out of them. So sometimes it's not their fault.
Is you want a secret to remain a secret, it's best kept to yourselves. as long as you share it with one person, there is a chance of another person knowing.

Well, I have a friend that tells people things about someone when she's not suppose to tell, I noticed it and now I don't really tell her anything important that I wouldn't want others to know. I would have to say that sometimes I can be a bigmouth, sometimes I just automatically blurt it out without thinking, but if it was like a big secret that that person don't want others to know then I won't tell.

Depends on what the secret is. If it's a big secret, I don't tell anyone. IF it's a stupid secret that doesn't even count as a secret, I blab about. Not to make fun of people... it's kinda complicated.

I do blab to save someone else's butt. If it's a serious secret, I keep it to myself.
