You could:

-go to medical school / pharmacy school / dental school/ nursing school / etc...
-get your master's in biology or any related discipline (M.S.)
-be a science/math teacher
-enroll in a MPH (Master's in Public Health) Program
-be a science or college advisor
-be a tutor (maybe work for Kaplan, Princeton, a private Tutoring company, etc.)

If you do a search on possible career options with a BS major, the possibilities are endless. I have only given you a few (if you were to do a BS in Biology major). It's all a matter of what interests you most, and what you can see yourself doing years down the road.

you could also go into a Phd program (competitive though, but you dont have to pay tuition, like the master's)

also allied health stuff (physician assistant, etc)

also you could get a job that doesnt have to be related to your major as well

Depending on what science major you are, you can work for different areas of government. People in geological/earth sciences can work for Environment Canada or major oil companies. You're basically set to work under research for Canada or private companies unless you're like me and pursuing a molecular biology major... in which case you can consider graduate school, an after degree in business (which is my plan) or if you're really good, a company will hire you to do research.

Having any bachelor degree also gives you the entrance requirements to enter other programs completely unrelated to your area of study... like an accounting degree after.
I stopped believing.

you can go to graduate school and further progress in a more specific field. Like a physical therapist or other health fields.
