Either the christmas of 1985, or 1986 I recieved my first video game console NES!! Playing Mario was fun as hell back then. I also recieved a red Double Decker bus it was a small die-cast car I lost I guess 6 months after, I always tried to look for it never found it. Gameboy the original ver, my next door neighbor had it to and we'd play each other in tetris using the link cable. But when kirby's dream land came out for the game boy I kept on losing I had my gameboy connected using a wall power pack, I got mad and bent the connector which in turn damaged my gameboy, no more gameboy for me *sniff *sniff I played this game with my next door neighbor where I had clippings of video game ads from a eb magazine but into a bag and we'd take one out and try to act how the game would be in real life crazy stuff.

Tv the very first Power Rangers, My next door neighbor liked wrestling so I got dragged into that, who also dragged me into ultraman. G-Force. I was at my buddy's house yesterday and we used to watch fox five I believe when we were younger and a show came on after our primary show that we watched, it was called "Living Single" (we were watching football and a commercial of Queen Latifah came on she was on that show) the show wasn't for us kids but we were too lazy to change the channel or something. Pokemon...., Dragon Ball the one that came on, on Sunday Mornings on ch. 11 really really early in the morning. Some robot show called Bots Master. ummm if I think of more I'll let ya know.

I had a Glo Worms sleeping bag, it actually glowed in the dark! So awesome.

The glo worms!

Sun Tots and the Smoggies was another good one. I definitely grew up on Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock, Ghostbusters, He-Man, Fat Albert, Chip N' Dale, Thundercats, Transformers, COPS (haha, case CLOSED!), Care Bears, Perfect Strangers (Larry and Balki!), Denver the Last Dinosaur, Under the Umbrella Tree, The Elephant Show, Rainbow Brite, Fred Penner, Sharon Lois and Bram, Jetsons, Flinstones (always back to back during my lunch time), Raccoons, Popples (I loved my Popple toy), Gummi Bears, Teddy Ruxbin... and on and on and on.

In the 90s I loved Freakazoid.

I remember Gargoyles!! I think I kind of remember Tailspin.

I remember when I got my first game console. smile.gif My dad bought us a NES when it first came out. It was so fun. It just went on from there to SNES and so forth. We had em allll. Just never had any of the handheld ones. sad.gif

I also used to play with this thing where you make bugs. It's like an Easy Bake oven except you pour stuff into molds and make bugs .... Yeah... lol. I also used to play with barbie dolls. Har. smile.gif Ooooooh and I loved my tamagotchi when it first came out. Yoyos were fun too. The best was my korean top. (팽이)

It was AWESOME. I want another one. You used a shoelace type string and you wrapped it around the bottom and you threw it holding it a certain way. Then you kind of flicked it back so that it would wind up the top in mid air. I used to make it spin on my hand and stuff. I want one ......

I sucked at Duck Hunt, I was too little. I was like 2. I had to rub the gun against the actual screen to hit any. I remember thinking it was the biggest piece of garbage on earth. I loved me the Mario Bros tho!

The first video game my brother and I ever got was the SNES. Then I got a Game Boy in yellow when I was 5 or 6 -- my brother got jealous so he got one in red about a year later. I pretty much had every single Game Boy console except the newest Micro -- by then I was playing with Nintendo DS. My brother got into PlayStation and had a lot of different PlayStation consoles. Other toy that I remember being really popular was Talkboy, the recorder from Home Alone 2. Other fads include Pokemon cards (I still have my collection in a binder haha), Beanie Babies (I had a whole moving box full of them and my mum threw them away! I had lots of expensive rare ones too tears.gif), and Sailor Moon cards.

Man I watched a lot of TV when I was little. Pokemon was my life. Other TV shows include Arthur, Growing Pains, Smart Guy, Sailor Moon, Doug, Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, Rocko's Modern Life, Ren and Stimpy, Real Monsters, The Angry Beavers, and Rocket Power.

My friend has an album full of pogs, we recently made a video of us all sitting around casually playing pogs like it was still "in" haha!

My first video game was the Nintendo with Mario Bros / Duck Hunt. I was born in 1984... and I was probably about 5, so 1988-89 I guess. It hit Canada in 1986. I'll never forget, my mom and dad rented us a video game every weekend. hahaha... ahhh, memories.

And yeah I remember the pog fad, people gave me their doubles but I never really got into the fad myself and then there was the beanie baby fad and then there was the pokemon card fad (only fad I got into hahaha I still got those cards).
