How did you feel? Did you work your butt off for the course?
I just got one. Well, not officially, but I had a 98.6% for the course overall and that falls within the range of A+. I feel awesome and am really surprised. I banked getting a B+. I've gotten A's before and those alone make me happy, but that little extra "+" gives an extra kick. It was on a Chinese literature in English translation course.

I didn't feel like I worked my butt off, but I definitely kept up with the readings until the second last week where things with my other courses kinda got really crazy.

I missed an A+ by less than 1% in one class last year. Ironically, that was probably the class I spent the least time and energy on. I was just good at it, I guess.
Hey, look! Finally a different signature after all these years!

I got an A+ in one of my classes last quarter, and 2 A's. The + doesnt make a difference in your gpa at all though, so it doesn't really matter. An A+ = 4.0 and a regular A = 4.0 :/

I did work pretty hard for my A's but that doesn't mean I studied 24/7. I am the worst procrastinator ever and I crammed for midterms and finals...I guess cramming does pay off, but I definitely will not get into the habit of doing that, because the effects of staying up for 3 days in a row aren't very pretty.

i just got an A+ in chemistry. eh i didnt really work hard since i know this topic and i like it. only study the day before like 1-2hrs tops and thats all or maybe less.

for chemistry, ppl think it is the hardest science and all, but for me it's so easy. so yea, its different for each person.

tho teh A+ and A worth the same, but i suppose the A+ looks better LOL

I've never had an A+ in college so far. I wish I did, but I can only get up to an A I guess.

I didn't even know A+ exist. For most courses A=4.0 but for honors course an A is 4.1 . There's no such thing as A+ for us

I got B+'s this (my first) semester, but I REALLY slacked off. It's pretty bad considering it's my first semester at college, so next semester, I'm definitely going to study harder. smile.gif

Yes, I've had an A+, but then A+ is only a 90+ at my university. I like them and I would like more but it is very difficult in English courses. I'm content with just an A.
It's just the radio.

A+ doesn't exist for my school. even if you get a perfect 100%, it just shows up as an A on your transcript.

I heard teachers who do give A+'s are for those who are exceptionally good. Because it shows as a plus, it helps a lot when you are applying for grad school.

A+ doesn't exist in my college, A is the highest. It's hard enough to get an A, trying to aim for A+ is crazy hard lol. I love all my A's and two stupid A- >_<

A+ don't exist in my school because it messes up the GPA system (something like that). The highest is an A, and even if you get 104% in class, it is still an A, not A+.

I got an A+ technically but my school doesn't give + or -. It just says (grade)(letter)(no + or -).
So it showed up as an A. It was Calculus.

I got one in 2nd year Korean this fall quarter! Also in my 1st year Korean intensive summer class, I got an A+ for all 15 units... Haha, I WOULD get A+'s ONLY in Korean and nothing else, lol I didn't even work that hard, I just love the language.

I am studying abroad in Korea for 2 semesters!
Read about it here (WordPress) or here (Tumblr).

I only get A+s for writing courses, and that's almost always for effort because teachers tend to be leery of assigning a qualitative assessment for creative stuff. But "effort" can be easily translated to "enthusiasm," because when I'm excited about a subject and feel like I'm having fun, the class seems easier while at the same time, I get better grades. biggrin.gif It also helps if the majority of your peers are completely unresponsive... dry.gif

A+ gives just as much grade points as an A at my school. For the most part students have to work REALLY hard (meeting with the teacher, asking questions, actively participating, etc.)...So usually the max grade people get is an A-. I have plenty of A-'s but I finally got my first solid A last term. I'm so happy. lol.

I'm not even gonna bother trying for an A+...Just not happening.

I've only gotten A's in a couple of my electives. That bites! I need to work harder.
