Well. I've heard the dancing tightens the muscles of your stomach area..

And I usually just plug in my iPod and freestyle when I feel like my stomach's getting big.

I think if you use an iron it will flatten right out.

(Please don't really do this.)

just exercise. I know you don't want to do push ups but that's one of the best exercises for your abs.

Exercise and of course you need to diet but I guess you need to completely cut out dairy because that's what gives people the little pooch at the bottom.

My foods teacher's trainer told her that so I'm guessing it's true and when you think about it, they use milk and dairy to fatten up baby animals so, probably should get rid of that.

Hula hooping is a good way, buy a weighted hula hoop, they sell them from like 3-6 lbs. Really fun, I used to do it all the time and I had a tiny waist but then I got a little lazy. Definitely have to start that up again.

jump rope, swimming, any form of cardio

but key thing is to eat healthy and in reasonable portions.

try giving up on fast foods and soda.

As suggested, cardiovascular exercise is the best way to decrease your body fat percentage, or in other words become "toned"

Swimming is considered the best form of cardiovascular exercise, but running or walking are also two good forms of cardio if you're not prepared to go swimming. Resistance exercise is also effective at reducing BF% when combined with cardio, however if you don't want to become muscular, it may not be in your best interests.

What's just as important as exercise is your diet, and getting the correct intake of calories per day is crucial to losing weight.

Chakra'ca said "cut out dairy because that's what gives people the little pooch at the bottom". This is debatable, some claim that consuming diary products result in weight gain whilst others claim the opposite. Either way calcium is crucial the nutritional well-being of a person and should not be cut out of a person's diet. Low-fat or fat-free dairy foods like skimmed or fat-free milk, lower-fat cheese and low-fat yogurt are the best dairy choices, and chances are other parts of your diet will have more of an effect on your total fat intake than the dairy partition itself.
