So I'm diabetic or close to it and I don't want to risk getting it if I'm close and if I already have it then i want to make myself better.
My doctor is rather rude he doesn't really do much or tell me much all he says is lay off the rice and sweets well mister isn't that obvious.
I also know that more excercise needs to be done and I'm doing it but I don't know I could be eatting something that's increasing my sugar level and i wouldn't even know so
I'm asking you what i can and can not eat.

Actually certain pastas (like the common Italian ones) are fine since there are low on the glycemic index. Google glycemic index for a list of foods and their numbers. Typically, you want to avoid simple carbohydrates such as potatoes or white rice, and eat more fibre, good fats and protein, as well as a bit of whole grain products.
Also, did you diagnose yourself or did your doctor tell you that your blood sugar is high/you have insulin resistance etc. from the results of a blood test? If this was diagnosed at your doctor's office he should take responsibility to educate you on what to eat/not to eat and how to alter your lifestyle to avoid complicating your condition. And he should also be prescribing drugs if it is serious...
