so, I have this .txt file, originally, the file supposed to be in korean language. but, in my computer it appears to be unicodes, anyone can suggest what should I do to change the unicode back to the korean language?

Assuming you are on XP.. under control panel, go to regional and language settings, click advance tab, and you should have your unicode options there.

I think you have the option to set the region when you use save as... its right below the box that shows *.txt extension.
