how do you like your pho? sweet? spicy? plain?

i like mine to be sweet. i put lots of sugar in it. AND i also like it to be spicy. and you?

i put hoison sauce, sriracha (sp?), lime and fish sauce if necessary.

i didn't know people put sugar in

a 'lil spicy, 'lil sweet. You use sugar? I'd use hoisin sauce and sqeezy hot sauce. dash of lime. dash of soy sauce. handful of herbs and good to go. Mom's making some this sunday. Yum!

I did not realize people put sugar in pho. I like mine just regular but sometimes I put lime juice or hoisin sauce in it.

hoison sauce, siracha sauce, lime juice, and a little fish sauce if it needs flavour but usually i don't because i try to stay away from sodium. but then i realized sodium is mostly in every asian food -__-

haha. i put in almost everything!. and then in the end: two spoon full of sugar. i don't know.
i like it that way. lemon? i never put in lemon. i usually have fish sauce. soy sauce....blah blah..hand full of herbs..and sugar! call me weird. =D

I like my Pho with no noodles but everything else is ok. The waiter or waitress never understands me when I ask for no noodles.

I like mines w/ a lot of lime juice as well. I tend to stay away from spicy for my pho, cuz it'll take away all the other good stuff... biggrin.gif

You put sugar in yours? I've never heard of that method before. I use to like it with heaps of lemon juice. But now I like it with lots of hoisin sauce.
