I'm on a healthy diet but me and my brother just baked yesterday. The cookies are so yummy I ate more or less 20 of them just now. They're not big but I think that's too much! I should've controlled but... >< I failed.

Should I go make myself throw up?

T_T

making yourself throw up is not healthy at all
maybe the best thing you can do now is drink a lot of water to sort of clear it out of your system, and exercise if you can, that way it makes you feel less guilty
but hey, it's nice to spoil yourself once in a while~

Making yourself throw up after meals is classified as an eating disorder.
You already ate them and failed at your diet for the day. Tomorrow is a new day.
Have some self-control and willpower.

Never make your self throw up. It rots your teeth and it's disgusting. Way bad for your health!
If you're full enough, skip dinner and eat a fruit or something and just make it up by exercising, drink a lot of water too!

We all had those days when we binged on sweets, don't worry T____T

throwing up just rots your teeth and damages your esophagus. just exercise a little more to make up the extra calories. ^^

Man I've been in this situation countless times....except I forced the food out the other way through heaps and heaps of laxatives =X
Bad bad idea, trust me.

All you can do is let this be a lesson for you, and provide you with extra motivation to stick to this diet, because now you have more to lose. There really is nothing you can do except calm down, sleep it off, wake up the next morning and make a fresh new start.
Forcing food to exit your body seems like such an ideal option, but in reality there's nothing you can do to reverse your actions. All you can do is make sure you stick to your regime stringently after this incident.

Good luck!

^ oh gawd. overdose of laxatives isn't a very good idea as well.
you might want to improve flow in your digestive system by taking in fruit or vegetables...
or anything that contains dietary fibre.

Don't make yourself throw up, that's never the answer. Just work it off somehow.

Throwing up does NOT get rid of most of the food you ate anyway so it wont help you lose weight if you decide to throw up o_o It only causes bad breath, rotten teeth and a really sick feeling.

Excersize more the next day and for the next few days be even more careful of portions to lose some of those extra calories from the cookies. ^^ Good luck~

Overeating one day isn't really gonna do much to be honest unless you do it everyday. Remember it takes 3500 calories over your maintenance calories (The number which your body needs + everyday activities) to gain a pound

is something wrong with you?
why the hell would you make yourself throw up after that?
that might be a way but EW? i'd be disgusted if something i chewed up and swallowed came back outta my mouth.

some healthy diet ...
just eat a bunch of veggies and fruits and water the next day.
and exercise.

Why become a bulimic when you can just have some self control and control what you eat?
You can always just try walking off some of the calories.

Once you start throwing up, it's gonna start becoming a habit and that's definitely not healthy.

I think you just need self control when you're eating, like others have said.

It's too late now, you've eaten it. Let it out of your body the natural way - exercise.

as said my many people above do NOT make yourself throw up it just isn't good for you.
If you have something like junk food or baked goods in your house just ask your parents to
put them some where that you can't see them and if you get a craving go eat and apple
or read a good book, or excercise. Do something that will distract you from the cravings so you
will stop yourself from overeating.

Don't make yourself throw up! If you start doing that you won't be able to stop and you'll develop an eating disorder. Don't skip meals either, cos that's bad for your body too. Just try not to eat anymore junk for the rest of the week and do some exercise. Dancing is really good for burning up calories so just put some music on and have fun!

Um...how old are you, and did you expect anyone to encourage intended vomiting?
Sorry, I really don't mean to be rude. But...really, now. Just don't pig out as much next time.
