just down quite alot of water, flush it out of your system and you'll feel better soon.

maybe the best thing you can do now is drink a lot of water to sort of clear it out of your system, and exercise if you can, that way it makes you feel less guilty
but hey, it's nice to spoil yourself once in a while~

You already ate them and failed at your diet for the day. Tomorrow is a new day.
Have some self-control and willpower.

If you're full enough, skip dinner and eat a fruit or something and just make it up by exercising, drink a lot of water too!
We all had those days when we binged on sweets, don't worry T____T

Bad bad idea, trust me.
All you can do is let this be a lesson for you, and provide you with extra motivation to stick to this diet, because now you have more to lose. There really is nothing you can do except calm down, sleep it off, wake up the next morning and make a fresh new start.
Forcing food to exit your body seems like such an ideal option, but in reality there's nothing you can do to reverse your actions. All you can do is make sure you stick to your regime stringently after this incident.
Good luck!

you might want to improve flow in your digestive system by taking in fruit or vegetables...
or anything that contains dietary fibre.

Excersize more the next day and for the next few days be even more careful of portions to lose some of those extra calories from the cookies. ^^ Good luck~

why the hell would you make yourself throw up after that?
that might be a way but EW? i'd be disgusted if something i chewed up and swallowed came back outta my mouth.
some healthy diet ...
just eat a bunch of veggies and fruits and water the next day.
and exercise.

You can always just try walking off some of the calories.
Once you start throwing up, it's gonna start becoming a habit and that's definitely not healthy.

It's too late now, you've eaten it. Let it out of your body the natural way - exercise.

If you have something like junk food or baked goods in your house just ask your parents to
put them some where that you can't see them and if you get a craving go eat and apple
or read a good book, or excercise. Do something that will distract you from the cravings so you
will stop yourself from overeating.

Sorry, I really don't mean to be rude. But...really, now. Just don't pig out as much next time.
