I'm trying to register online for SBS, and every time I do I get through all of the registration and it says it will send me an e-mail within 24 hours. This e-mail never comes though, I don't know if it's because of my e-mail or not, I have a comcast account. If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it!

i don't think that they are approving any more registration since i recreate a new one and they didn't sent me any confirmation email...

the same happened for me. i never got an email back from them.
however, i can still access everything on the site even w/o the confirmation.
i can log in and watch their streaming tv and post requests, etc.
maybe you could login and check if you can watch their streaming tv (the ON AIR button next to their logo).
