These Poo-Stains keep mysteriously popping up on panties. Why are they there and to do I get rid of them? How do I make them go away?

sorry, I had to laugh.
um, maybe check the technique you're wiping?? .. or get baby wipes, so they clean better.

get those flushable wipes...
like those diaper wipes for adults
and wipe with that so you get all the poop off.
if it's period,
wear a pantiliner and talk to your doc.
your cycle might be off.

Topic starter: it's probably discharge, not poo, and like bunnylicious said, buy pantiliners!

Maybe you should go see a doctor instead of taking unqualified advice from normal people

Uhm, I can't give you much help, but you might as well should indicate which location the brownish thing (?) is stained at. If it's feces and your tired of it getting stained, you should try putting a tissue on the top of your underwear or wipe properly after your done using the toilet. ._.;;
