I Need Help! asking out a guy

soo bascially theres this guy who i want to be with .. but he hasnt stepped up to the plate yet. we both have deep feelings for each other but hes shy soo im gonna take control and ask him out myself ;]
i want it to be creative and unique that will blow his mind away.. but im having a creativity block.
im planning to get a cheesecake since thats his favorite desert and put signs on it saying "will you be my boyfriend?"
and im gona buy him roses since he never got roses from a girl and a BIG card ..
other than that im stuck
i want it to be special that he will never forget about
any ideas?

lol if i ever ask a guy out i'm going to go to his house with a boom box and play his favorite song just like in that John Cusack movie!!!

Do as you say but dont give him flowers or a big card. Instead replace it with a homemade card and inside write the very classic words;

Will you go out with me.

You should go with the cake idea. I think it'll be sweet. About the roses, I think he should be doing that for you instead but if he stated that he'd like some then you should go for it.

I think the fact that someone asked him out is already more than enough.
