I mean, let's face it, you're not going to be buying anyone a Burberry trenchcoat with that budget, but that doesn't mean you can't buy a ring for 200-300 dollars that's advertised in magazines. 4) Booze.

Haha well, I don't have a BF, but I have a friend who I really like, but he's like really up there in the classes too. Haha So yeah, I always have a hard time finding something to buy him... cuz I know he can easily almost anything he wanted. But even til this day, I still suck at getting him gifts that I think he really likes. =_= Haha
Perhaps you can hand make something, cook for him, do something instead of buying something? Or if you buy something, then get him something really meaningful between you two.
