Hm.. I'm gonna have to agree with ^ too, help_needed. I know you're an avid Sohee+Sunye fan, but I feel like Sohee and Sunye would feel better if all 5 got gifts as well, not just themselves. However, I am impressed with the great gifts and will respect your decision in the end :]

Sure. First, those aren't articles. They are like blogs written by Korean fans. The first blog thingy is written by a Wonderful. It says: "Hello. To get to the chase, three days have passed since the Seoul Awards but there is still much debate on the Daesang topic. I understand everyone wants their artist to win the Daesang, and I am the same. But there are still people who cannot accept that the Wondergirls won and say 'Who are they' and say other rude things. There was even an article on this topic. So I have managed to gather info about why the girls deserve this Daesang..

Now, I believe the second blog is written by a Cassiopeia or a DBSK fan. I like his blog alot. It's really long but the words in red say: "Whichever group gets the Daesang, because were are all in the positions of 'fans' we must congratulate the winner. We cannot say it is right that one group gets it, and wrong if another group does. If someone recieves a Daesang, there is definetly a reason behind that."
He further talks about how even though we love our artists very much, we should put ourselves in the positions of other fans. In each fans eyes, their group is worthy of that Daesang. If we all tried to open our eyes to other perspectives, it would be better.

I agree with this 2nd blogger.. It's only natural that fans want their own artist to win the big Award and that they might feel angry or sad with the results. But we should always understand that you don't get Daesangs by accident & that there is a specific reason that an established group like the Seoul Music Awards gives a certain group this one & only honor. All fans should be able to congratulate the winners. I hope if this kind of situation comes up to Wonderfuls that we will be able to hold our emotions and accept the results..
But for now, Congratulations to our girls for the win. They deserved it :] Let's hope for their continuning success! Aigoo, am I crazy that I'm ALREADY waiting for their comeback?!?! [like 5-6 months to go.... Sigh]

I've been a fan of Wonder Girls for a long time, but this is my first time posting in their thread on soompi. I saw some negative comments posted about the girls by members of other fangroups, and I just wanted to agree with many here that their hateful comments are absolutely ridiculous and weakly thought-out. Wonder Girls worked amazingly hard in 2008 and churned out track after lovely track, and throught it all, they still maintained their humble and demure attitudes. Who's to say they didn't deserve that award?

aww...cute!!!, Leader continues her love for oversized clothing and am loving her look over all..those pants are very g-dragonish , I noticed that our Leader dresses up boyishly and that only like adds to her feminity..she looks even more girly in these BIGgg clothes... and Yeeun and Sohee look adorable posing with those shades..

On the subject of gifts, I think the person can choose whichever member they want to give something too...I mean its not like every fan gives all 5 of them gifts..Its nice if all 5 get it but not really a big deal if they don't.

@help_needed, oh my god, freebies? HOOK ME UP LOL .. j/king. i agree with the other comments that it's better to give them something more practical/from the heart, i think they get alot of expensive clothes/bags/watches already. but if you really want to give them one of those, i would say the bags? since it's practical. personally, i like the shoes, who wouldn't? but they already wear high heels ..all the time while performing, it makes me cringe for them. christian louboutin shoes aren't the most comfortable either.
