Wonder Girls - nobody at la miranda cr.boaspika
^when yeeun belted out her line i was like this
seriously i thought yeeun's vocals was at her best this past concerts
but i guess i was wrong shes at her bestest at la miranda
i watch the fancams and her vocals was like so strong and really powerful!
her vocals were flawless and it was just fancams what if your actually there hearing it live.
all five of them their voices were so strong and solid!
this time was perfection its so beautiful to hear.

There might be a rule about this...if so moderators feel free to delete. I have been watching everyone's fancams and photos and decided to contribute my own for the first time.

The Wondergirls sang every song imaginable...it was crazy. They all did such a good job. Yoobin sang, she did not seem as confident in her singing which is sad because she has a pretty voice (I feel like maybe she is a bit intimidated by Ye Eun and Sun Ye's more explosive vocals so she tends to shy away from the mike when the singing comes.)

Did anyone else notice (sorry I am a bit of a Yoobin fanatic) that while they were singing This Time Yoo BIn kinda wilted. She has so much presence when she is doing her parts of WG songs, but she gets so shy and awkward during the big voice sections of some of the other songs. I really hope she gets over that. I think she has a good voice... not perfect but good and certainly harmonious with the rest of the girls. Anyway here is footage of the Wondergirls singing "This Time" from their So Album at the Orange County leg of the JYP Tour.

There vocals are so strong...the video SUCKS but the audio came out surprisingly clear. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OVlQo1K6MHc. (I must apologize there is some background noise.)

Also I am not bashing so please don't attack me. I love So Hee, but I think that JYP does her a disserve in choosing the key for her vocal parts. If you notice in EE Babo and Irony, her sections are not as high and she does better vocally. She seems visablly more uncomfortable on other songs though, I think because the key is wrong, ie too high. Also, I think her age plays a part, she has a youthful pitchiness to her voice (akin to when a boys voice goes through his change), though I am sure she will grow out of that. I still think she is adorable. I love her eomona parts, but I did not think she sung that well...sorry.

Finally, I am going to email JYP about the purple dresses. When the girls were done with the tango version of Nobody they pulled off the flared part of the dress to reveal mini mini dresses. Now for most of the girls this was not a problem, but Sunmi's and Sohee's were too short, I have a picture..which I WILL NOT post or forward to anyone... but it shows a bit to much butt area. I didn't notice that much when I was at the concert, once I was looking through my pictures I saw just how short their dresses were.

No i dont think you are bashing. what you said about sohee is true. wonderfuls know very well that she can sing better at a lower tone. If you compare irony and tell me, her voice was much more stable during irony. And for the short dresses, thats very cute how you want to protect them from showing too much. I think the reason why it looked even shorter on sohee and sunmi is because they have the longest legs. thats just my opinion.

i dont get why your guys always excuse for sunye,
if you were there you'll know what i'm meaning,
though, she's not the great singer, great dancer or great entertainer,
but it not difficult to put SOME effort on her performance,
no offense at all, like i said its really disappointed to see her like that,
cause i always know she has the most stage presence, most charisma,
its like she didn't try her best like she do as usually

ok, btw the other girls was really AMAZING!!! overall its great concert for me ^^

uh like i said.. it's PROBABLY not that fact that she didnt WANT to try her best and put in effort but because she's recovering from an illness and tired which probably affected her performance that night..
i mean who in the world would NOT wanna try their best at their concert when 12343434 people are watching solely you and analyzing you.
and i'm not just telling you but it just gets me that whenever one of our girls sings bad or cracks in a song, their fans are like .. oh she cracked.. or oh im disappointed in her.. and im not just sticking up for sunye. even when ye eun would crack while singing it's because she had off days plus singing like 24/7 cause of practice and i would just get sad whenever people would publicize their disapointment in them. of course they knowww they made a mistake. seirously they read it from netizens every single day and probalby their vocal teacher. anyways i respect allll of them because they're such hardworking women who work hard to live out their dream and to entertain us, their fans<3333

tazanya Dw, you're not bashing cause atleast what you critiqued about WG was done in a nice/polite tone (unlike others! grrr)
and i do agree with your points. sohee does sing better in a lower tone.... but thats just the way voices are. like, i cant imagine Kim Jong Gook ever singing a low tone you know? lmao and yes, their skirts WERE short! hhaha Singers tend to get away with showing alot more skin during concerts since its not broadcasted or anything, so hopefully netizens wont be bashing them about it! =)
