The Wondergirls sang every song imaginable...it was crazy. They all did such a good job. Yoobin sang, she did not seem as confident in her singing which is sad because she has a pretty voice (I feel like maybe she is a bit intimidated by Ye Eun and Sun Ye's more explosive vocals so she tends to shy away from the mike when the singing comes.)

Did anyone else notice (sorry I am a bit of a Yoobin fanatic) that while they were singing This Time Yoo Bin kinda wilted. She has so much presence when she is doing her parts of WG songs, but she gets so shy and awkward during the big voice sections of some of the other songs. I really hope she gets over that. I think she has a good voice... not perfect but good and certainly harmonious with the rest of the girls.

I wasn't there, but from the various performances I have seen of them Yoobin does seem less confident whenever she sings (like in 'This time', Saying I love you). And she doesn't seem to like to make speeches either eg. at the award show about a month ago, Sun Ye had to push her forward to make her speak...I don't know if I'm over-analysing things but I think the teasing she got when she was younger has kind of made her insecure about her voice? I personally think she has quite nice singing voice, it is stable and like you said it compliments the other girls' voices.
It would have been boring if everyone in a group had the same vocal range. I like how it is divided in WG, Ye Eun: soprano, Sun Ye: soprano - mezzo-soprano, Sun Mi: mezzo-soprano - alto and Yoobin: alto. I agree that Sohee's parts are too high for her, her voice is more suitable for standard notes...since her vocal range is like Sun Mi's mezzo soprano to alto. I wonder whether JYP has realized that...

hey, are you in la? She's still sick? Poor her. I think that she got well 'cause in LA concert I saw her awesome presence, but it's not right. That's why some ppl who were in La Mirada said that they disappointed a bit at her. Poor girl, I still think that she cant get well when she arrived in LA . Seem like no one understand how sick she is just because she always keep smiling, so ppl didnt know, they think she still strong and the infos about her sickness is fake. omg, it's breaking my heart.

6 Truths That Will Makes You Know Min Sunye More
(Real Experience During 1st Wonder Concert In Thailand)

please listen, i was one of the interpreters 4 the girls (thai-korean). if youve really followed the girls, then if we met again, youd surely remember my face. i think its really silly of u 2 write such things, maybe u r still young, so I didnt care at first. but lately its getting too much and too hard 2 handle. im not a WG fanclub but if youre really not sure whether sunye was sick or not, will explain it 2 u.

i can guarantee u that MIN SUNYE IS SICK, shes not faking it and she is really badly sick, just as bad as some of u have already read in some columns. but i will tell u what u dont know.



1. 4 days that they were here, like some of u already know, sunye was only able 2 eat a few spoons of boiled rice. she couldnt eat anything else cause then she would vomit. us staffs did not know what 2 do. yes, it is the koreans traditions not 2 see the doctor in a foreign country, so all sunye could do was take some medicines



2. before the concert at their rehearsals, sunyes conditions were not good at all. jyp told them 2 stop and come back tomorrow but sunye wouldnt allow it. she rested 4 a while then went back 2 dancing with the others. their dancing teacher said no one could stop sunye if she has decided what she wanted 2 do, shes been like this since she was a kid, she is determined.



3. sunye never tells or lets anyone know she is sick. fanclubs will always find out by themselves. korean fans know about this very well. i also heard sohee saying to yoobin "what will we do if something happens 2 sunye unnie on stage?"



4. there were medleys during the concert and a lot of dancing too. think about it, EVERYTIME sunye came backstage, she had 2 take some medicine and the their make-ups had 2 rush over and wipe all the sweat that was pouring out from her. if it was me, i would not have lasted after the first song! i praise her spirit from the bottom of my heart. such a small and young girl, where does she get all that energy?! everyone backstage told her not 2 push herself too hard, but she still fights and did her very best till the end.



5. the after party. EVERYONE said that sunye should stay and rest with yoobin but no, she CHOSE to fulfill her duty as the leader instead. she let yoobin rest alone while she stayed at the party until it ended. the after party+the tried from the concert=SUNYE FAINTED results were that night she had 2 suffer from her temperature going up high, again in the morning she should have received a long rest the whole day until check out but then like before, she decided 2 go send jyp off at the airport at dawn. that was the last of her energy, she ate breakfast in her room and it just all came out (vomited). there was nothing we could do except give her medicine, when she hasnt even eaten anything!



6. at check out time. remember seeing sunye playing with her cellphone and laughing happily with the staff? well that was just what happened right there, but since she came out of her room till the elevator stopped at level 2, the staff next 2 her were holding her shoulders the whole time. i wont say what made fans think sunye isnt sick anymore?! or shes able 2 smile now?!, think 4 yourself.


this is just part of what i am thinking. i hope it could erase the thoughts/topics about sunye is not sick away. but if u r still stubborn then theres nothing left i could do. fans who love sunye, please spread my message as far as u can, thank u.

that made me cry. sunye is really something. i for one gives up easily when hardships comes my way.
I truly admire her and the whole group. and Sohee for her concern to her older SISTER.
Min Sunye You are One of a kind leader. I cant even think I could dance and sing While i have a fever.

and perseverance, I don't think anything will stop SunYe. Hope the
doctors narrowed the reason down so she can take care of herself
whatever the culprit was, exhaustion from training, pressure on herself,
not enough nutrition during training, that nasty flu bug that gets everyone, etc.

i would have quit early on from being so sick,
but, since it was their first concert, she wanted it to be the best i suppose.
