I understand everyone has mixed feelings about separate forums

But honestly, I don't see what's wrong with it.

Seriously, korean fans of ALL SINGERS, no matter how 'unified' they are have separate fan pages for each member.


I'm actually GLAD that we are having separate forums and one main forum..


Honestly, this is a better way to spread the love of wonder girls.


Also, opening separate forums is similar to separate activities for the girls...

wg members have filmed movies individually, been in featurings of songs, mvs, etc.

There is nothing wrong in my opinion... but everyone has separate opinions.. so.

In my opinion, I'm really happy about all the new forums for WG's. It's a great way to spread our love for WG. I mean, I'm active member (well, semi active member XD) on Spectacle and also I'm a HUGE Yoobin fan, but I'm a moderator for YeEunHOLIC.. I love ALL of them!!
Also I LOVE the idea for all forums coming together to make a huge project for WG. Since there is gonna be a forum for each member, we can do project where each respected forum can get gifts for their respected favorite member (ie. yeeunholic get gifts for yeeun, Sunmijjang gets gifts for sunmi) and forums like spectacle, Yongwonhi and Wonderiffics can get gifts thats for ALL members (like something they can all use) and then put all our gifts together and send it 2gether.....this will show them that they have many fans that love them soo much, they have forum dedicated to them. Whether we have 1 forum or 9 forums decicated to WG, its to spread our love for WG and to show that each member is very special to us. I really can't wait for all forums to be running, and we'll all be able to join and collaberate....(I'm planning to join all forums XD)

I'm sorry but I disagree with the projects idea. I think projects should be solely handled by Wondergirls (all 5 of them) forums or be made a collaborations by ALL forums. Because in the end all wonderfuls love all 5 members even if there are favorites. That means all wonderfuls, not just those active in the solo forums, should participate in these kind of projects, even if it's a birthday for a single member. For example, that means Ye-Eun lovers at YeEunHOLIC should be helping out with, say, Sohee's birthday. By making YeEunholic only get gifts for YeEun.. just doesn't sound good to me.

You are right when you say most Korean groups have fanpages for each member, so I'm definetly trying to accept these new forums

But I really believe these single-member forums should be only for news, updates, translations, etc. and not for projects, messages, or any other kind of thing where Wonderfuls reach out to Wondergirls.

Apparently Peripera is selling quite well... CLIO's revenue tripled since WG started
their own make-up line.... the wonder effect...

i saw all the wonder girls around the JYP building at 31st street today. it was a kinda disappointing experience overall though.

me and some other girls were sitting outside the building and waiting. then sohee comes, probably back from eating or something, and just goes straight for the building even though we all stood up and walked towards her. she ignored us and went inside. then the other 4 wonder girls come like half an hour later and they kinda glance at us but pretend they dont see us and go straight to the building. we were like 'excuse me can we take pictures with u guys?' and they don't even look at us until ye eun decided to answer. she was like 'no sorry we cant' so then we asked for autographs and she's like ok. while ye eun signed, the other 3 just went inside. idk why they didn't stay.. i guess ye eun IS the queen of fanservice, she's the nicest.

few hours later, yoobin & sohee come out and they see us but they just cross the street, even walking right by a few fans that were crossing the street towards them. so we kinda stood there like 'should we go after them or not?' by the time we decided to go after them, they had walked a block away. so like a few of us run after them and when i was a few feet away, i said 'yoobin! sohee! can we pls get autographs??' but they continued walking even though they heard me. i know i know, you guys are probably thinking oh they were just busy but really it was only about 5 of us, it would've taken two minutes. or they could've just been like 'sorry we gtg' & i think they were just going shopping since they were heading to 34th.

later on, we saw sunye with taekyeon & nich khun. they walked really fast and we ran within a few feet behind them. so after calling out their names a few times, nich khun stopped and gave us autographs. sunye stood off to the side and waved for a taxi. i think that she probably thought that we group of girls were favoring nich & taek so she kinda kept to herself but i went up and talked to her. she was pretty nice and gave me her autograph.

--- so yeah.. that's basically what happened. sorry it's kinda long. i love the wonder girls but today gave me a kinda bad impression of them. maybe we just had too high of expectations & i dont want to think wrong of them. like they were probably tired of signing for so many fans and just wanted to go shopping for a day or something... yeah. i still support/love them tho. WG<3

^wow! you got both sunye and yeeun autographs ! well, sorry about yoobin and sohee. they probably weren't up to it or they had already seen alot of fans that day and didn't want to give out autographs/pictures (haha, i know that's happened to me before!).

and i don't care too much for the individual forums. its cool if people want to join them, but i think i can only remember to go to spectacle and here (i never go to individual member forums in other fandoms, its just too much for me XD)! actually, i don't really keep track of them, but they do pop up, i think ppl are just talking about them here because it seems they all came up around the same time. but i kinda agree with ladeela123 about the projects.

lately, i've been getting really excited about the korean concerts. seeing those fan chants at sunmijjang, i'm realizing they're gonna be OSM! haha, i wish the concert date would come faster !!! i wonder if the fans will spell a word in the stands or something (you see big fan sections do that). i was thinking it was possible since its only wg's concert, not a festival or anything.

i wouldn't blame them for being in a bad mood though.. aren't they getting really intense training from JYP before going back to korea? not to make excuses or anything, but they're probably really tired/cranky/just not in a good mood..
i've heard a lot of good encounters with them that definitely outnumber the bad.. they can't always be perfect 100% of the time :/

i understand why you have a bad impression of them from that experience but i honestly think they werent allowed to give autographs at all. but its great you got to see them. i dont know why but alot of these recording companies doesnt allow their artists to just give out autographs and take pictures with fans they see on the streets. i dont know. as much as i know the girls love their fans, they are people and i assume they would like their private time to just be themselves without having to be celebrities 24/7, you know?


as for the individual forums, i personally dont like it because some people cant participate in more than two forums at a time. they simply do not have the time. so they tend to stick with the one that is their favorite member and well soompi. i do think that it divides up the fans. i mean with the projects for the girls, they had so little donations because there are so many forums. and i personally do not like how everyone is promoting their own forum. why cant you just band together and create one big WG forum ( form with spectacle since its really the biggest WG forum right now) and pool in your resources to deliver the news, pictures, videos, downloads, and other goodies at lightning fast speeds? think about the better projects we can get for the girls if all the fans werent so scattered. all these forums divides people's attentions. just my opinion.


i m having WG withdrawal. i want to hear from them already. maybe i should go around the city and look for them or something. does anyone know when they are leaving NY?

well, i;m jessica, and i was one of the lucky VIP members chosen from ALLKPOP to go to the MTV IGGY's Wonder Girls and 2PM show!
i have to say, it was a pretty amazing experience, and if you look at those pictures from MTV or from other fans, you probably see me keke
i was all the way in the front row x]

anyways, i wanted to share my experience!
first of all, the Wonder Girls are FRIGGIN HOTT in person! very pretty! (like dolls!!!) they were in their heels but still my height though haha x]
yes, and Yeeun was the nicest of all, but i understand.
theyre in a whole different country you know?
2PM was...i cant describe it in words hehe. yes, they were THAT good looking and nice x]

if i have time later, i'll try to put up my pictures although i dont have many of wonder girls since i was too busy fangirling over 2PM hahahaha

I envy them.
They support very well. Ex) SNSD member's birthday, celebration day, hollywood bowl festival etc.
Now that site is very famous.
That site was linked allkpop and that site name broadcast on radio.

We have several english fan forum like soompi, spectacle, yongwonhi, wonderrfics, special member's individual forum etc.
I'm sorry that Our WonderFul english fan forums are dispersed.
We need one big english fan forum like Soshified.

If you are biased one member, you are going to visit her individual board.
This system is very good.

WG need strong foreign fan support because of wg's usa debut & activity.

I agree with everything you said. I wanted to make the SoHee Forum but realizing it now, I want to make Spectacle, Wonder Girls' #1 Forum to find everything Wonder Girls related. Just like Soshified is SNSD's #1 Source of International SNSD fans.

I completely agree. We need to unite all these forums into one big forum. I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks this. <3 I mean its easier to catch the attention of the girls when we use ONE name (repeatedly or no, hehe).
