And i dont get how they CAN assum its WonderFuls or VIPs. because thats person/group of people who reserved those tickets may not be WonderFuls or VIPs thats what i dont get..how can they ASSUME unless their details deliberately say "I'm a wonderful"

I think the original poster should be suspended for posting the unproven rumor.
No fan is arrested, and 1700 tickets is NOT around 10 million won.
It was not that serious, and other fan clubs apologized even though it is not clear who did what.

This is Wonder girls thread so this kind of rumor should not be here.

umm i am a WG fan but its not a rumor .....
and tickets were each 77000 won for the stands
and then the back seats were about the same price
so just multiply 1700 by 77000 it equals about 10million won
and it is really serious think about it cancelling that many tickets
and everyone should noe the tension between wonderfuls vipz and cassies
the relationship between them is like a war

Wonder Girls’ Personal YouTube Channel Bursts with Popularity,
50,000 Views Within First Day of Opening



The Wonder Girls have established their own channel on ‘YouTube’.

Through this medium, the Wonder Girls plan to make their music and name known to music fans all over the world. Their plans to consistently upload and share video clips of their activities with the public appear to be an early part of their strategy for launching into the world market.

The Wonder Girls’ personal channel opened on the 19th with the presentation of a promotional clip. The channel registered 50,000 views shortly thereafter and drew attention from people all over the world. In this particular video, the Wonder Girls displayed their excellent English skills, catching the eyes of netizens worldwide.

Meanwhile, the Wonder Girls plan to make this the first year of their international launch by holding concerts in March in Los Angeles and Orange County, as well as Manhattan in New York.

Wonder Girls among Nominees for Seoul Music Award


The 18th High1 Seoul Music Awards ceremony will unfold on the 12th of next month at Gangwon-do Taebaek-si’s Gowon Auditorium and balance the books once and for all on 2008’s music industry.

Voting for the event—which will be sponsored by SportsSeoul and hosted by High1 Resort—already began on January 8th and will continue until the 11th of next month on the Seoul Music Award website (seoul.incomms.co.kr). Though it is just one part of the process for selecting winners, mobile voting will reflect 20% of the final standards used to determine the recipients of the ‘Seoul Music Award’ (of which there will be ten), the ‘Newcomer Award’, and the ‘Mobile Popularity Award’. Additional criteria for judging winners will include digital music sales, popular research conducted by the firm, and an evaluation by the judging board.

There are 31 nominees in contention for a ‘Seoul Music Award’, 10 nominees up for the ‘Newcomer Award’, and 41 nominees for the ‘Mobile Popularity Award’. There is fierce competition taking place in each of categories.

First off, the nominees for the ‘Seoul Music Awards’ include top stars who were the most outstanding participants in the music industry in 2008. Nominees include:
– TVXQ, who recorded the highest in album sales after the release of their 4th album ‘Mirotic’ last September.
– Big Bang, winners of the top award at the 17th Seoul Music Awards.
– Wonder Girls, of <Tell Me> fame, who also had consecutive hits last year with <So Hot> and <Nobody>.
– Kim JongKook, who had a successful comeback after his return from military service through his hit <Today More Than Yesterday>.

When it comes to mobile voting in general, there are a number of groups fighting over the ranks.
– TVXQ, with the support of their powerful fan-club.
– FT Island, who received love for their song <After Love>.
– Big Bang, who had consecutive hits with <Red Sunset> and <Day After Day>.
However, TVXQ, FT Island, Big Bang, SHINee, and the Wonder Girls, are all contenders for the ‘Mobile Popularity Award’ with each of the teams leading or trailing at any given time.

There are more sparks flying right now in the contest for the ‘Newcomer Award’ category than in any previous year.
– SHINee, who quickly rose to the popularity after receiving attention through <Nuna’s So Pretty>, <Love Like Oxygen>, and <Amigo>.

– Davichi, the female group who made hits of <Hate You But I Love You> and <Love and War>.
– Mighty Mouth, the male duo who managed to stand out through their cheerful melodies and featurings.
Also listed among the nominees were JOO with <Because of a Man> and IU with <Mia>.

Meanwhile, there is also an event being held for fans participating in the mobile voting. 5 winners will receive the opportunity to represent fans by presenting the winning artists with flowers onstage and attending the awards ceremony. 25 winners will get the chance to attend the rehearsal for the event.

The 18th Seoul Music Awards will be broadcast live on cable channel YTN STAR on February 12 from 5PM-8PM.

Gag-men (comedians) have formed ‘Wonder Oops’, male announcers have formed ‘A-Bang’… Using a stage that conjures up the image of a large dance club as a background, a new kind of dance battle of the stars has unfolded.

^much agreed. i know they get tutored for english so why don't they get home schooled and that way they can get more sleep too but i'm guessing they want those memories and for people to see that they are indeed humans too. but honestly i think i would secretly take pics if any of the WG were at my school but i wouldn't post them up, i think that's a bit too much.
