I am 19 years old... And I want to go out of state to a University in Georgia. My Aunt Betty has live there for about 3 years already. I will be living with her all 8 years I will be in school. The school Georgia Tech and Georgia Southern University state that if you have a legal guardian in the Georgia and they have live there 12 months prior to your first day of school you can pay instate.
So my question is, How do I get her be my legal guardian? What process should I go through?
