hi all
since i don't like to fry often, (gets me all stinky)
does anyone have any simple but yummy recipes for steamed chinese dishes?
not with a crazy amount of ingredients, but i would like some variety.

there's egg custard!
i've also tried chicken with mushroom/brocolli, marinated with soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, cornstarch....

any more?

eggplant! after it's steamed until it's cooked, you mix it with some sesame oil, maybe some garlic (ehh. i don't like it, but most of my family does), and add some soy sauce. smile.gif i think i'm missing something. hahaa.
