I'm not sure, but in some restaurants the Japanese Curry has really soft and sticky... but not too sticky rice.
I'm not sure what brand is good, and how I should cook it? I'm going to try to make Japanese Curry tomorrow.

Not sure exactly how you cook that curry, but I use Nishiki rice for just about everything. You can make rice more or less sticky based on how you cook it; more water means a little more stick, less water means drier and less stick. There are a lot of ways to fool around with rice to change consistencies... not exactly sure how the rice was that you had, but good luck =)
