Nutella: A chocolate hazelnut spread
I know I posted one of these pics up in the "What I baked/cooked today" thread, but I'd like to get feedback from other people.
To be completely honest, today was my first day eating Nutella. Ever. I've heard great things and I'm not really sure why I've never had it before. I think it's just never been convenient for me b/c I didn't have my own jar. Well, I finally took the plunge and bought a jar. It tastes exactly like the inside of a Ferrerro Rocher!
The taste is super rich and now I have this whole jar to myself b/c I'm the only one here with a sweet tooth...and what to do?! Help me come up with delicious ways of finishing the jar without just scooping it out with a spoon.
With the mission to eat Nutella in mind, I went into the kitchen and made some Nutella crepes and Nutella macarons. (click for recipes) I'm going to turn into a real fattie b/c of this jar. Hm...the thought of spreading it on some bread for some reason doesn't seem very appealing to me, although I'll probably try it. Has anyone had it on waffles?
How do YOU eat Nutella?
