1億 is 100 million, therefore, 10億 is 1 billion.

some updated news:

Filming for Billion has started in Korea this past Feb 22, 2009. From the articles, I have read the translations version, it is said that they will be filming in the western part of Australia until March. They are still set to leave for Australia at the end of Feb. If someone can translate it better, please share ^^

'십억�은 실제 호주 로케이션을 한다는 소식으로 일찌감치 궁금증을 모았었다. 영화사 스폰지에 따르면 이번에 공개된 호주 현장 모습은 8명의 참가자들이 호주에 도착해서 첫 게임을 벌이는 장면을 촬영하는 신이었다.



30도를 넘나드는 더운 날씨 속에서 촬영이 진행되었지만, 더위 못지 않은 배우들의 뜨거운 에너지로 촬영장이 후끈 달아올랐다는 후문. 특히 게임을 이끌어가는 장피디(박희순)와 참가자 기태(박해일)사이에 팽팽한 긴장감이 노출되는 장면은 이날 촬영의 하이라이트였다.

'강적�의 조민호 감독이 메가폰을 잡은 �십억�은 사람의 손을 타지 않은 호주의 원시림과 바다, 황량한 사막 등을 스크린에 가득 담아낼 예정이다. 호주 촬영은 오는 4월까지 이어지며, 개봉은 올 여름 예정돼 있다.
