i know it's after tekken2 and i think i've read somewhere that they add some of the new characters from the game (like miguel) for the movie...

I think miguel is the only new character they added in the movie.. They have made up characters thou.. One is named kara who shows affection for Jin.. I think she is replacing xiao.. Since kuriyami isn't going to be in the story..

aww man chiaki isn't going to be in the film? so there isn't a ling xiaoyu character? damn hollywood! they're always adding characters that dont belong into live actions

that is what I have been hearing... Not 100% sure on it yet.. But I really wish xiaoyu is in it.. It would make the story more interesting.. Just pray that Hollywood won't turn this movie into another phailure like street fighter or dragonball

haha it's Hollywood.. They like to twist everything and make it become their own.. And they dun like having asians to play the leading roles.. So most of the time.. The main actor looks nothing like the character.. Example, chun li, bison, ada and goku.. Seriously WTF..they look completely off

wee thanks Hollywood for ruining games for gamers. Watts even more depressing is that the director for KOF is Chinese and lead roles are white people who look nothing like the character and their outfits are totally off... *sigh*

let's see, I know he is fighting against cung le, Cary tagawa and Anthony ian dale.. Not sure about other people.. And according cung le, the fight between him and jon was the best fight through out the movie..
Speaking of Anthony ian dale I have never seen him in a movie.. I'm curious on how he's gonna portray kazuya and his fighting style..

From the infos that the directors gave us.. there will be no wireworks, which will make the movie look more realistic.
and as for special effects.. i'm not sure if they are gonna put some on the characters... although i'm pretty sure they are going to edit it the background and everthing..

We should never judge a book by it's cover (though hollywood brings the most craptastic live action projects). I'm not familiar with the casts, unfortunately, I just hope they'll do well. Maybe I will watch it, I like Tekken.

That is def true.. =3 well lets see.. Luke Goss played prince Nuada in Hellboy II, which was pretty amazing i thought..
Jon Foo.. although he has never played a lead role in any movies.. but almost all of his small parts are well played.. And he is a great martial artist.
Lateef Crowder is a professional Capoeira martial artist. The only movie i have seen him in was the protector, which he portrayed the bad guy pretty well. The director also announced that there will be no wireworks.. =3
