Any Video Converter (yes, Any Video Converter, that's the name of it) & Magic Video Converter. I haven't used Magic but Any Video Converter works fine for me, plus it can download videos from Youtube

I use that website for most video conversions. You can use it free without registering, only limited to ten conversions a day. Not too shabby, I'd say.

i use Cinamaforge. i use it all the time to put drama episodes on my ipod lol
it's really easy to use and when it's done converting to mp4, you can click a button and it automatically goes to your library (:
