How do I do that? I'm not sure if there's another post since I tried looking around..
But yeah, how do I do that? I already tried Control Panel and Regional Languages and that doesn't work and I even tried View on Mozilla. But I really want to view it off the internet too, like song titles.

on your internet explorer, go to view> encode> korean. (for older version of ie)
on the newer version of internet explorer, if you see the Page button, press that, then go down to encoding> more> korean.

If you checked the box that said Install files for East Asian Languages, it should have worked, unless your computer is like my desktop and without the specific SP pack that you need (mine needed the SP2 pack or something). If you still have a copy of your Windows CD then you'll be fine. Or you can try downloading it from the Microsoft website.

how bout using firefox???Anyone knows how to view korean, japanese or chinese text via firefox???

How about Tools>Options>Content tab>Languages?
There's View>Character Encoding>I forgot if this is even useful...
Otherwise you may have to do what hatsukoi said... just for the heck of it. (It's related with the regional settings).
Or if you have Office XP, there's some language pack you can get... <--- That's what I did.
