need some help here lol sweatingbullets.gif
i brought my car new and the thing is that i want to keep it as clean as possible, its been 2 weeks and i'm seeing dirt everywhere on the front , side and back dry.gif
was wondering if anybody here used these 2 products and appreciated your opinions on either one of them, because i
'm planning to get either the BMW wash and wax or the Original shampoo? and get the express wax separately of course =D

i would recommend maguiars gold class soap and wax. what color is your car? always wash with microfiber mitts and towels to reduce swirls and scratches.

Go with Mequiars! I never knew car manufacturers had their own detailing products.

BMW does not make their own cleaning products (typically rebadged). For example there is no BMW leather conditioner/cleaner, they recommend Lexol (which i've seen proudly displayed in their display case).

hmmm datz interesting. In my area(604) dey have alot of bmw care products inside there retail store, , like this" bmw leather care set with UV protection " dat keeps it in good shape, cleans and brings in the leather distinctive smell. lol

Nice car. Wish I had a BMW to play with. Anyways, I just wanted to give you a heads up on some stuff. It's not only the products you use that will take care of your car's paint, but how you use them. Make sure you use quality products to wash it, dry it, and apply wax/polish/etc with. I went from cheap brands to buying all Meguiar's and there is a HUGE difference. When I first started taking care of cars, I made the amateur mistake of using the same microfiber (MF) cloth to dry and apply products onto my car, which resulted in the complete opposite end result. If you really want to be organized, color coordinate your MF towels to certain products. So drying = yellow, wax/polish = green, etc. Also, never let your MF applicators or towels drop to the ground, it picks up dirt and a bunch of nasty stuff that may (will) scratch your car when you're working on it.

Hope it helped, a little. sweatingbullets.gif
