My advise is maybe you should go see a doctor
My period used to come at uneven times. like every 2 or 3 months or something, but now it's normal. I've never had your situation though
hope this helps

Some factors that can change your cycle:
severe weather changes
weight loss
change in eating habits
But to be sure, it's always better to get professional help.

why didn't you tell your parents about it.you should get examine.
there are many reasons for delay in period.for anything above 3 months you should probably consult a doctor.
some reasons for delay in period are because of stress, hormonal imbalance, extreme weight loss or ovarian cysts.
lastly you might be pregnant.but you can't be 9 mth pregnant without noticing it..

it's common if you're doing a rigorous sport, or exercise. some professional track runners lose their periods completely due to their training.

not that you should just let it not make its appearance. you should get a check up. It sort of happened to a lot of girls in my family. they had to
get pills for it.
