The parties I attend are small and controlled (meaning non-alcoholic). I absolutely cannot stand the full 'omg party drink drink drink' atmosphere.
If anything, they're just "long time no see," "welcome back," and "for the hell of it" parties.

I second that. I don't like the crazy drunk smoking parties.
I'd rather go to a party where I feel safe and don't have to think about the possibility of being taken advantage of.
besides, I don't drink, smoke, or do any sort of drugs so... the crazy parties wouldn't be any fun for me.

I remember when we kissed, I still feel it on my lips.
the time that you danced with me, with no music playing.

My campus is known as a party school. But I haven't been partying as much like last year. Instead, I've been going to bars/clubs.

Well I go to a university in Canada lol =P so even if I listed it... it'd probably be unknown...
Besides that though,
I don't party too much... probably once a month =S that's like SO LITTLE compared to everyone else that parties like once a week.
It really depends on what kind of parties too...
I'm not too much into clubbing (altho my bf is
Usually for birthdays or just random chances to celebrate and drink? Lol!

Frankly, parties that involve drugs or alcohol scares me.
It doesn't even seem like a party if everyone's wasted and walking into each other.

I don't get this whole, let's-get-our-asses-drunk party thing.
Or maybe that's just from the people I know.
Better to walk in a zig zag and barf in your s/o's arms and pass out on a couch you are familiar with than at some random crazy party where you don't even know the host
aha.

The parties are for drinking--usually.
Though, best party memory: I was at my then-boyfriend's party when two guys crash the party with two golf bags containing tanks of laughing gas. Then everyone got high by filling balloons up with laughing gas and inhaling them. The entire house looked like a circus.
I don't go to parties very often anymore though. It's just too cold and I'm just too old for running around with the same people night after night. Frankly, when you've partied as much as I have, most people start to resemble each other--and then there goes the fun. I used to party about 4-5 nights of the week though.
