I've been swimming for 30 min everyday for the past week and eating less than I used to, but instead of losing weight I've gained 1.5kg in two days. O___O"
Is it possible that people bloat up after exercising and then lose the weight after? I know that sounds strange -___-

You could be retaining more water in your body. Have you been eating salty foods? A high sodium diet causes that. But I wouldnt worry about 3lbs. I gain and lose 4-5 lbs a day from just food/water in my system. Weigh yourself once a week not every day or other day to get a better idea of if your gaining or losing weight.

You only noted your exercise, not exactly what you have been eating ~ Also you are aware that the body takes time to change. Expect that it takes 1-2 weeks at a time of consistent exercise, eating, and rest. To see effects - provided you are disciplined enough, show enough courage at those points in your day when it is necessary, and in your exercise and training give your body a reason to change.
The lack of detail makes it difficult to give you any other opinion. Anyone that says otherwise is guessing away and grabbing at straws but that isn't their fault.

are you only swimming? what about running and more cardio.
swimming everyday most likely you are retaining more water.. alot of the weight ppl have is jsut water weight. You might be getting a decent workout but you need more strength training in order to increase muscles, which effectively burn more calories while at rest.

Well, you might actually not be bloating. The weight gain can be muscle mass, as muscle is vastly more heavy than fat. Sometimes people who were physically inactive gain weight right as they begin working out, as their body is turning fat into muscle and the exchange adds on weight.
