I am currently living with my dad. My parents dont get along well, but I get along with both .. sometimes. There are just times that I dont get along with my mom. Whenever she needs something or help, b`cause she doesnt know English that well, I would not help her. Sometimes, I feel really guilty. There is something wrong. And I dont know what. I get along with my dad really fine, but when it comes to my mom, I really dont get along with her well. I`ve heard, if youre a girl, you would get the love more from your dad, and if youre a boy, you will get the love from your mom, but I am an only child and thats the problem. When my mom needs something or help, I would refuse or literally get annoyed and put my anger on her by yelling. I dont want to do that anymore, but I just cant stop myself. My mom doesnt have anyone in the US. All she has is me and my dad. Sometimes, I just feel really guilty. But I really love her. She doesnt know that and complains that I dont love her, like I love my dad. She and my dads side do not get along and I mean do not get along >< She would blame them for the divorce. Pretty much. Lets just put it that way (:

So I was wondering. Do you get along well with your parents? Mother? Father? Both?

I love my mom the most, always will. She's done everything for me. Thanks mom!
Dad... lol. Funny guy. We get along. Occasionally talking about tech and politics. But all he does is nag me about studying. Love you too pops.

I guess it's normal, but honestly, sometimes they don't know when to stop at times.
but other than that, they're always there for me and they're funny when they mess up and things like that.
haha, it kinda depends on what mood they're in, and what kind of mood I'm in to tell what kind of days we're having.

That's really sad . If you feel bad after yelling at her, you should apologize. Honestly, letting a person know that you were wrong and want to make amends with them makes all the difference. It shows that you care about the person, that person is important to you, etc. You could also try to set aside a date for just you and her to spend time together, cook her favorite dish, do small chores around the house. Remember it's the little things that count.

As for me, I get along with both my parents... but more my mom. I could never tell my dad some of the things I tell my mom. My dad and I never really have "serious talks" but we joke around often. We're both really stubborn so when we do argue, it turns into a yell session. Those aren't pretty.The only times I don't get along with my momare when either of us are stressed. Sometimes she gets really overwhelmed from everything and vents her anger at me, but I try to be understanding because I know that I do the same.

I easily get along with my dad. He's always joking around...being weird. hahaha With my mom, I can get annoyed sometimes by her loudness but I love her... Whenever I need something, she's always has my back. Whenever I fall asleep on the couch (which is pretty often) I know she's the one always covering me with a blanket. ^___^ So basically, even though sometimes I don't get along with my parents, I love them and always will. ^^

Neither. Only sometimes but barely. Yelling at things you didn't do, and stuff. Why must some people suffer? I do really feel guilty for talking back and not being helpful and hanging up or stuff. It just gets on my nerves. Heheh, I sound like a bad person but I really still care for them.

Yup we get along. Back in the days they used to be strict as F but they've chilled now. My mom has the biggest heart I know. My parents support me in my dreams & ambitions and I plan to support them when they get older.

I get along with both pretty well. I'm closer to my mom than my dad because we fight less than me and my dad.
I love them both. I don't really tell them that all the time >___< But I know they know I do xD
There are times when I can't stand them, when they don't support my dreams and ambitions, but their my parents. & I'll always love them ^^

We disagree and argue sometimes, but I think that's normal.
I love my parents, they raised me well and took care of me and I'll never forget it.

I currently live with my dad... because my mom kicked me out of her house.
So~ obviously I get along better with my dad. My mom goes psychotic on me randomly and over nothing or everything...

Although I'm living with my mom, I have to say that I get along more with my dad. I get along with my mom sometimes, but not always. She's constantly picking on me for something I didn't do. It's really annoying. I should've went to live with my dad.

I get along with both of them but I get along better with my mom because we can talk about girl stuff.
It has nothing to do with who I love more but more so with how I can connect with that person.
It'd be pretty awkward telling my dad about my boy troubles.
