Peanuts a joke i heard from a pastor

An old lady was at a hospital because she was sick.
so a pastor came to visit her and pray for her, but he had missed lunch that day so he was very hungry.
then, he saw a can of peanuts next to the old lady's bed and he didn't want to eat any but he was sooo hungry that he decided to just take one from the can while they were praying.
but because the peanuts were so good, he kept taking them one by one while the old lady was praying or not looking.
As the pastor was going out to his car, he felt guilty and decided to go back and apologize.
"I'm very sorry, but I ate your peanuts because i was so hungry," he said in a guilty voice.
the old lady said, "Oh, that's all right. I don't like peanuts very much anyway.. I just like to suck the chocolates off of them."

Anyone who watched YTV as a child, do you remember that weird show "Freaky Stories" with the bug and the maggot puppets and the weird ironic cartoons and that one story where that grocery carrying dude ate all those nuts the lady liked to suck chocolate off of xD
