What Is Your Overall Goal Weight? how much do you want to weigh?

I wanted to be 99lbs (my over all goal!), but now I pretty much figured that's impossible without ruining my health. I'm 5'3 and is 105-109 ish and apparently I'm already underweight somehow because I realized I stopped having my periods for a month or two. I was at 104 but I gained some weight back on purpose. I think i'm already underweight somehow due to me having a bigger body frame and more muscle mass compared to typical tiny asian girl.
So just wondering, what's your overall weight goal? Would you want to achive it even if it meant ruining your health?
Or rather, those extremely skinny girls in their 80's, 90's and lower 100's, do you guys even get your periods? just wondering.

Well for me to lose 5 pounds won't damage my health in any way (at least I don't think so unless I go to the extreme).
Even if my ideal was like 90lbs (it's not), I would never risk ruining my health to achieve that weight.
I just want to remain fit and healthy.

10 lbs seem so impossible to go away

if i was taller, i think that would sorta balance it out haha

*I used to think I had a normal-thick bone structure, but judging by my ring size (barely a 5) and the tire around my waist, it seems I'm actually pretty small-boned. Which is another (big) factor to consider, as bones are heavy.*
I don't like terms like "underweight" b/c it's based off BMI, which only takes height and weight as factors. Also, there has been some info indicating that Asians carry more fat at lower body weight than Caucasians do, meaning that a BMI scale is off by a few for us.
For me, even though I have lost a lot of weight, my body fat% is still hovering between 23-24%. And it's not like I'm all T n A. (more like stereotypical Asian figure). I am definitely just normal-sized now, or at least what I consider normal. I'm not slim, I'm not thin, I'm not skinny. So I definitely can stand to lose another 10-15 lbs. I want to be leaner, or at least not have ribcage/back pinch and flubb all over. Since athletic females have body fat % in high teens, I'm striving for 16-17%.

i'd like to be under 110 pounds. well preferably under 105 pounds but i'd settle for 108 D:
i'd trying to do a lot of cardio and yoga and everything, but i seem to just be toning and not
really losing any weight. oh well, healthy > skinny

im SLIGHTLY overweight.
and for my height, 5'10-11, i should be around 140-150 >:D

Now I want to be around 125 to 130. I have a lot of muscle which I want to decrease so I should cut down my protein. My boyfriend is 63-65 kg (around 140 lb) and he's 185cm.....he's super thin and doesn't have a lot of muscle. I joke with him that most of his weight is concentrated in his head haha. He wants me to be in the 50 kilo range. According to Americans this is impossible for my height, but according to Koreans it's definitely possible. So I'm confused about what's possible for me.

but I think that I won't ever be happy with my weight
I think even at 80 pounds I'll want to continue to lose.
So basically my goal weights are 80-90 pounds.

I don't want to be too thin or any heavier than I already am. I want to turn most of the fat into muscle if I could.

i want to be 100-105 lbs
i used to be that weight but since it is offseason and school started i gained 10 lbs..
now that school is lightening up since i am a SECOND TERM SENIORRR, i am losing the weight slowly.

I'm aiming for 115-120-ish. Personally, the weight doesn't really matter to me, more like my appearance.
So if I look healthy/toned or slim enough at 120, I'm good.
