I've been considering transferring from a CSU to a UC but I've been told it is extremely hard to do so because we get last priority. Has anyone ever done it before? If so, how do you do it? And what are the steps? Please fill me in with the details! Thank you!

it's not as hard as it seems, i thought so too but i asked my bf and he said it wasn't that hard. you might have better luck with sc.
and it might be hard to transfer to a better uc like ucla, cal.
my bf was in csuf and he got into uci, he chose usc tho
